My favourite cheese, only place I was able to buy this about 15 years ago was Selfridges and used to buy a 2.5 kg truckle (at about £25 per kg in 2001)
Luckily they sell it online and in most supermarkets now 
Narelle works in a cafe 1 day a week and the owner has cheese shop. Quite handy 
In our local Gin shop. Drinking? I wish. A few tasters based on previous custom.
